Windmill pattern ceramic cake plate with orange luster rim, marked "Chikaramachi", a subsidiary of Noritake, Japan. Dates from the 1920's. Hand-painted scene, similar to CHK10 on a popular replacements site. Two cut-out handles. Measures 9.75"d. Very nice condition with no chips or cracks. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
