Peter Puppet brand clown marionette with hand-painted terra cotta head, hands & feet. Side-ways glancing eyes. Cloth body over wood block, wire connectors. Circa 1950's, as noted by the print fabric showing children at play. Measures approximately 12" tall plus strings. Fabric has some discoloration due to age. Minor chipping of paint at edges of clay.
