Top hat novelty in molded cobalt blue glass. Unknown date, no marks. Likely made to be a match holder, as bottom has concentric rings, which may have been used as a match striker. Measures 2.5"h x 2.25"d base; 3 1/8" across brim. Detailed hat band. No chips or cracks. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
