Sugar bowl bottom with Tulip decal, orange luster and Art Deco trim. Circa 1930's. Partial red circle mark from Czechoslovakia. Measures 2.75"h x 5.25 handle-to-handle. Minor rough spot inside rim appears to be glaze excess; missing lid. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
