Donkey Windmill broach

Donkey Windmill broach. I have never seen a piece of jewelry quite like this one. It is 2 pieces of pressed plastic forming a 3-d picture of a donkey walking in front of a windmill. It is set is a copper/brass ornate frame. It has a clip back, and appears old. I would guess the early 1900's, but I am not familiar with this type of work. 2 x 1 3/4"" Mint condition
