Ceramic beer mug with red robed cardinal decal on front. Hand painted gold rim top & bottom. Unmarked. Circa 1940's USA. Identical to the ones crafted by Hall China Company, but handles are different, as many potteries used the same decals. Measures 4.25"h. Overall glaze crazing, but no chips or cracks; very little wear to decoration. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
