Enamelled crescent pin with "GIA to BLE" lettering. Also has "FLCHP" lettering inside white enamelled 5 point star. Some chipping near letter "G". 3/4" in diameter. Early 1900's. Black, white, blue and burgundy enamels. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
