German/Silesian cabaret, or divided serving dish, in foliage form. Blue mark on bottom for Carl Hans Tuppack of Tiefenfurth, Silesia, Germany (now part of Parowa, Poland).  Early 1900s.  Measures 14" long, 9"wide, and 4" high to top of handle. Hand painted gold "leaf" decoration throughout, some apparent wear to the highpoints. One chip on underside.   Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
