"Brussels" pattern transferware platter, made by Grindley China of England.  Marked U.S. Patent 1897.  Green with gold accents.  Measures 17 3/8"l x 12"w oval.  Minor discolorations on the rim from iron deposits in the clay, but no chips or cracks.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
