Kanner's Dubeledge Stropper for honing razor blades. Patented July 9, 1918. Chrome over steel with leather-clad rollers. Measures 2" x 3" plus handle. Light rust in some areas; in working condition to the best of my knowledge. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
