Japanese ceramic gravy with attached under-tray, hand-painted Art Deco floral band decoration, along with a matching oval relish dish. Made by Meito China, 1930's, Pattern #MEI 489. Metallic gold trim. Marks on bottom. Gravy measures 8.5"l, 3.5"h. Relish 8.5 long. Good condition with no chips, cracks, or excessive wear. Light wear to gold on edges. Sold as a pair.
