Independence Hall souvenir ceramic plate, made by Mellor & Co./Cook Pottery, Trenton New Jersey.  Shield mark, dates from the late 1800's-1900's.  Blank pattern is "Vernon".  Measures 8"d.  Gold metallic trim.  Overall crazing, but no chips or cracks.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
