Antique "Panel" oil/kerosene lamp, made by Atterbury of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.   Patent dates from 1873 embossed on clear font panel, underside of opal glass base, and on brass stem.  Stands 10.25"h to the top of collar; 4.75"d octagon base.  Two chips to upper rim of base with carbon imbedded, may have been done during the manufacturing process.  Only parts shown.  Sold as is.  More photos available.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
