Austrian porcelain plate with red, pink and white rose center ring and swags, gold lace ornaments on border. Scalloped rim. Marked "Higgins & Seiter", New York importers. Dates from the early 1900s. Measures 8.5"d. Nice condition with no chips or cracks, very little wear. Have 3, priced separately, but happy to combine shipping. Just contact me before ordering.
