First Courthouse/Circleville Ohio souvenir plate, in hand-colored transfer. Gold trim on smooth rim. Made by Wellsville China Co., circa 1902+. Measures 7.5"d. Some crazing of the glaze, but no chips or cracks. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
