Coin silver tongs with threaded detailing and seashell tips. Marked by Woodberry, Dix & Hartwell of Boston. Late 1830s-1844. Measure 7" long.  Three-letter monogram of "J-M-F" (if my interpretation is correct) on the outside bend.  Plenty of spring with no cracks.  Has some tarnish and scratches as shown.  Sold as is.
