Hand-painted top to a desk ink blotter or paperweight, made in Dresden, Germany. Dates from the late 1800s.  Measures 5.25"l x 2.75"w x 2.25"h.  Muticolored floral bouquets and scattered flowers, with gold trim. No chips or cracks. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
