Watertown, New York souvenir plate, featuring the "Flower Memorial Library" in hand-colored decals. Embossed rose pink air-brushed rim, gold filigree trim. Made in Germany for Frank Empsall & Co.. Circa 1900. Measures 7"d. Some wear to gold trim and rim, but no chips or cracks. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
