"Views of San Francisco, Cal./ Golden Gate and Entrance to San Francisco Bay" souvenir plate, featuring the harbor before the bridge was ever created.  Made by Rowland & Marsellus, of England.  Circa 1880. Brown transfer print with architectural highlights around the rim.  Measures 10"d. Has two repaired chips to the rim with one stabilized crack. Sold as is. Still displays well, and is a hard-to-find piece.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
