"Ruskin" pattern transferware plate with scalloped rim, made by Ceramic Art Co., of Stoke-on-Trent, England.  Trade name of Crown Pottery on back.  Dates from the 1890s.  Measures 10"d.  Blue-green (teal) transfer.  Has some wear to center of plate as expected, but no chips or cracks.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
