Our matching pair of vintage chairs are possibly model 275 S chairs, circa 1970, designed by Verner Panton (1926-1998). Covered in padding and fine knit fabric upholstery. Each measures 36" high, 18.5" wide and 20" deep. Designed in 1956 by Panton, this chair was first put into production in 1966 by A. Sommer for Thonet. Made from bent laminated wood of various finishes, Thonet also covered this (and other Panton models) in various fabrics.
