2-post paper punch, made by Master Products Mfg. Co., Los Angeles, California. Post 1963, as there is a zip code. Two sliding adjustments. Spring-loaded, stamped steel in working order. Back plate measures 5"w x 6"l. Light rust, mostly on back. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
