Hand-wrought aluminum crumb dish, or "silent butler", in the "Tulip" pattern, designed by Rodney Kent.  Dates from the 1950's.  Measures 7.5"d round.  Marked, #439.  Good condition with no major issues.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
