Pair of Sterling silver salt & pepper shakers made by William Rogers Mfg. Co. of Hartford, Connecticut.  Anchor mark used between 1865 and 1898, before the company merged with International Silver.  Tall urn shape with gadroon edging.  Weighted and re-inforced; #1920.  Measure 5.25"h.  One small dent to bottom rim of one shaker; several small dents to pierced tops.  Some tarnish.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
