Early American Pattern Glass cake stand in the "Rosette & Palms" pattern, made by Bryce/Higbee, circa 1910.  Clear glass with turned-up scalloped edging.  Measures 10"d x 4 5/8"h.  Nice condition with no chips, only some surface scratches from cake cutting.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
