Schwarzburg ceramic cake plate with multi-colored roses, signed "Tally" on front of plate.  Hand-painted gold trim.  Rudolstadt, Thuringia, Germany (East).  Circa 1906-24.  Identified as "RSC68" on a popular replacements site.  Measures 10.5"d plus handles. Very nice condition with no chips or cracks.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
