Art Deco horizontal rib pattern perfume/cologne bottle bottom, made by L.E. Smith Glass in the 1930s.  NO STOPPER, though ground on the inside rim to fit one.  Clear glass with 4 little feet evenly spaced around the bottom rim.  Measures 3 1/8"h.  No chips or cracks.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
