Royal Crest Sterling child's fork in the "Castle Rose"  pattern.   Marked on back. Circa 1942.  Newark, New Jersey U.S.A.   No monogram.  Measures 4.25"l.    Overall good, used condition with some surface scratches.  Sold as is.   Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
