Westmoreland Colonial #1700 candy jar with lid.  Wide gold band with hand-painted enamel flowers, circa 1920's.  Similar to ones made by Heisey, but this decoration shown in Charles West Wilson's book on Westmoreland Glass.  Also, this is the 2 lb. size, measuring 10.5"h, a size not made by Heisey.  Has some wear to gold, but no chips or cracks.  Email if further photos are needed.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
