Geisha Girl cup & saucer in the "Thousand Geisha" or "Thousand Faces" pattern. Cobalt blue rim with metallic gold. Center of saucer features a coiled dragon. Black hand-written marks for Tashiro. Early 1900's. Cup measures 2.5"h; saucer 4.75"d. May have been made for the domestic market of Japan. Tiny fleabites to rim of cup; .25" hairline (tight) to edge of saucer; wear to gold on edges.
