Occupied Japan demitasse cup & saucer set decorated with cream, black, and metallic gold on white, UCA53. Marked "UCAGCO", dating from 1945-52, the years of the occupation. Saucers measure 4 7/8"d, cups 1 7/8"h. Some gold loss on the white edges, but still makes a striking display. No chips or cracks. Sold as is, and as a set of 5. Price recently reduced from 50.00.
