Color-changing Wisteria-footed creamer & open sugar, made by Fostoria in the 1930s. Top sections are clear glass, while square bases are made with neodymium, changing the color from blue to purple/pink, depending on the light. Each measures 3.5"h. Very nice condition with no chips or cracks. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
