Mayer China restaurant ware platter with grass green thick and thin bands around border. Mark used from the 1930s-40s. Measures 12.25" x 17.5" oval, ample size for a large cut of meat. Marked "Marshall Field & Co." as distributor. Has small glaze and pottery flaws, but no chips or cracks. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
