USS Stephen W. Groves FFG-29 Navy ashtray, made by Mil-Art China Co. of Chelmsford, Massachusetts.  Believe it dates from the 1980s.  Bright colored military logo on a molded ship's wheel form.  Measures 6"d.  Good condition with no chips or cracks.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
