Quorum glass replacement shade with frosted white and clear ribbons and bows. Measures 5.5"h x 5"d, with a 2.25" fitter. 1990s. May have some minor roughness around rims, but no large chips or cracks. Have 3, priced separately, but happy to combine shipping if you contact me before ordering.
