Robinson Ransbottom #421 pedestal/stand for a jardiniere, garden ball or bird bath, hand-painted with green & brown glazes. Embossed dogwood or apple blossom flowers on front side. No mark on bottom, but shown in the Ransbottom book as dating from the 1950's. Center opening at top. Measures 14"h, 6.25"d top, 8.75"d bottom, with a 3.5"d center hole. Has pottery flaws and glaze skips, but no chips or cracks. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques....Established 1989.
