"St. Louis" souvenir plate made by Vernon Kilns of California.  Blue transfer with patterned rim.  Shows highlights of the city.  Ca. 1940's.  Measures 10.5"d.  Has some overall crazing of the glaze, but no chips or cracks.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
