THis pretty victorian tansitional deco era brooch has an open back beautiful blue colored stone that is accented by the gilt and raised relief around it. It measures 2" across and probably would have been worn near the collar of a victorian blouse. Lovely old piece!Vintage and antique items are not mint nor are they perfect.
